Bookkeeper - month-end reporting (remote)

Nova Rook Housing Partners is a nonprofit housing provider in Colorado Springs. We are hiring a Bookkeeper to take on month-end reporting. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Prepare monthly reports for the owner and the outside accountant. • Answer supplier and customer billing questions by phone and email. • Enter and code invoices, deposits and expenses daily. • Reconcile bank and credit-card accounts and chase missing receipts. • Track paperwork for lease compliance so nothing is filed late. What we are looking for • Experience keeping books for a small or mid-sized organisation. • Organised, discreet and dependable. • Working knowledge of QuickBooks or a similar package. Nice to have • Comfort with sales-tax filings. • Payroll experience. Working arrangement • Contract for eight months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Colorado Springs. • We reply to every applicant.
