Bookkeeper - month-end reporting (remote)

Stonegate Orchard Hospitality is looking for a Bookkeeper. The job centres on month-end reporting for food costs, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Promotion from within is common. What you will do • Track paperwork for food costs so nothing is filed late. • Enter and code invoices, deposits and expenses daily. • Reconcile bank and credit-card accounts and chase missing receipts. • Answer supplier and customer billing questions by phone and email. • Prepare monthly reports for the owner and the outside accountant. What we are looking for • Organised, discreet and dependable. • Working knowledge of QuickBooks or a similar package. • Experience keeping books for a small or mid-sized organisation. Nice to have • Payroll experience. • Comfort with sales-tax filings. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • Remote-friendly, with quarterly visits in Memphis. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
