Bookkeeper - month-end reporting (remote)

Northwind Meadow Housing is a nonprofit housing provider in Tulsa, and we need a Bookkeeper to lead our month-end reporting. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Prepare monthly reports for the owner and the outside accountant. • Reconcile bank and credit-card accounts and chase missing receipts. • Track paperwork for rent assistance so nothing is filed late. • Answer supplier and customer billing questions by phone and email. • Enter and code invoices, deposits and expenses daily. What we are looking for • Working knowledge of QuickBooks or a similar package. • Experience keeping books for a small or mid-sized organisation. • Organised, discreet and dependable. Nice to have • Payroll experience. • Comfort with sales-tax filings. Working arrangement • Contract for nine months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • Remote-friendly, with quarterly visits in Tulsa. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
