Bookkeeper - month-end reporting (remote)

Clearpath Hospitality is looking for a Bookkeeper. The job centres on month-end reporting for group events, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Enter and code invoices, deposits and expenses daily. • Reconcile bank and credit-card accounts and chase missing receipts. • Answer supplier and customer billing questions by phone and email. • Prepare monthly reports for the owner and the outside accountant. • Track paperwork for group events so nothing is filed late. What we are looking for • Experience keeping books for a small or mid-sized organisation. • Organised, discreet and dependable. • Working knowledge of QuickBooks or a similar package. Nice to have • Payroll experience. • Comfort with sales-tax filings. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Houston. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
