Bookkeeper - month-end reporting (remote)

Bright Drift Hospitality Group is looking for a Bookkeeper. The job centres on month-end reporting for guest bookings, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Reconcile bank and credit-card accounts and chase missing receipts. • Prepare monthly reports for the owner and the outside accountant. • Answer supplier and customer billing questions by phone and email. • Track paperwork for guest bookings so nothing is filed late. • Enter and code invoices, deposits and expenses daily. What we are looking for • Working knowledge of QuickBooks or a similar package. • Experience keeping books for a small or mid-sized organisation. • Organised, discreet and dependable. Nice to have • Comfort with sales-tax filings. • Payroll experience. Working arrangement • Contract for twelve months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • Remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in Milwaukee. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
