Bookkeeper - month-end reporting (Providence, RI)

Foxglove Maple Property Management is looking for a Bookkeeper. The job centres on month-end reporting for unit turnovers, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Reconcile bank and credit-card accounts and chase missing receipts. • Prepare monthly reports for the owner and the outside accountant. • Track paperwork for unit turnovers so nothing is filed late. • Enter and code invoices, deposits and expenses daily. • Answer supplier and customer billing questions by phone and email. What we are looking for • Working knowledge of QuickBooks or a similar package. • Organised, discreet and dependable. • Experience keeping books for a small or mid-sized organisation. Nice to have • Payroll experience. • Comfort with sales-tax filings. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Providence. • We reply to every applicant.
