Bookkeeper - month-end reporting (Oklahoma City, OK)

Highbridge Sable Housing manages affordable housing communities across Oklahoma City, and we need a Bookkeeper to lead our month-end reporting. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Reconcile bank and credit-card accounts and chase missing receipts. • Answer supplier and customer billing questions by phone and email. • Enter and code invoices, deposits and expenses daily. • Prepare monthly reports for the owner and the outside accountant. • Track paperwork for waiting lists so nothing is filed late. What we are looking for • Experience keeping books for a small or mid-sized organisation. • Working knowledge of QuickBooks or a similar package. • Organised, discreet and dependable. Nice to have • Comfort with sales-tax filings. • Payroll experience. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Oklahoma City, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
