Bookkeeper - month-end reporting (Nashville, TN)

Bright Glen Hospitality is looking for a Bookkeeper. The job centres on month-end reporting for food costs, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 77 people based in Nashville. What you will do • Track paperwork for food costs so nothing is filed late. • Reconcile bank and credit-card accounts and chase missing receipts. • Enter and code invoices, deposits and expenses daily. • Answer supplier and customer billing questions by phone and email. • Prepare monthly reports for the owner and the outside accountant. What we are looking for • Working knowledge of QuickBooks or a similar package. • Organised, discreet and dependable. • Experience keeping books for a small or mid-sized organisation. Nice to have • Payroll experience. • Comfort with sales-tax filings. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Nashville. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
