Bookkeeper - month-end reporting (Milwaukee, WI)

Foxglove Pike Housing is looking for a Bookkeeper. The job centres on month-end reporting for rent assistance, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 20 people based in Milwaukee. What you will do • Enter and code invoices, deposits and expenses daily. • Answer supplier and customer billing questions by phone and email. • Prepare monthly reports for the owner and the outside accountant. • Reconcile bank and credit-card accounts and chase missing receipts. • Track paperwork for rent assistance so nothing is filed late. What we are looking for • Organised, discreet and dependable. • Experience keeping books for a small or mid-sized organisation. • Working knowledge of QuickBooks or a similar package. Nice to have • Payroll experience. • Comfort with sales-tax filings. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Milwaukee. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
