Bookkeeper - month-end reporting (Miami, FL)

Rivermark Umber Hospitality Partners is looking for a Bookkeeper. The job centres on month-end reporting for food costs, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Promotion from within is common. What you will do • Answer supplier and customer billing questions by phone and email. • Enter and code invoices, deposits and expenses daily. • Reconcile bank and credit-card accounts and chase missing receipts. • Track paperwork for food costs so nothing is filed late. • Prepare monthly reports for the owner and the outside accountant. What we are looking for • Organised, discreet and dependable. • Working knowledge of QuickBooks or a similar package. • Experience keeping books for a small or mid-sized organisation. Nice to have • Comfort with sales-tax filings. • Payroll experience. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Miami. • We reply to every applicant.
