Bookkeeper - month-end reporting (Honolulu, HI)

Silverline Fox Property Management is looking for a Bookkeeper. The job centres on month-end reporting for lease renewals, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 55 people based in Honolulu. What you will do • Prepare monthly reports for the owner and the outside accountant. • Reconcile bank and credit-card accounts and chase missing receipts. • Answer supplier and customer billing questions by phone and email. • Track paperwork for lease renewals so nothing is filed late. • Enter and code invoices, deposits and expenses daily. What we are looking for • Organised, discreet and dependable. • Working knowledge of QuickBooks or a similar package. • Experience keeping books for a small or mid-sized organisation. Nice to have • Payroll experience. • Comfort with sales-tax filings. Working arrangement • Contract for four months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Honolulu. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
