Bookkeeper - month-end reporting (Fort Worth, TX)

Bluepeak Juniper Hospitality is a hospitality company in Fort Worth with restaurants, rooms and catering, and we need a Bookkeeper to lead our month-end reporting. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Fort Worth. What you will do • Track paperwork for food costs so nothing is filed late. • Reconcile bank and credit-card accounts and chase missing receipts. • Enter and code invoices, deposits and expenses daily. • Answer supplier and customer billing questions by phone and email. • Prepare monthly reports for the owner and the outside accountant. What we are looking for • Working knowledge of QuickBooks or a similar package. • Organised, discreet and dependable. • Experience keeping books for a small or mid-sized organisation. Nice to have • Comfort with sales-tax filings. • Payroll experience. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Fort Worth, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
