Bookkeeper - month-end reporting (El Paso, TX)

Ironwood Fox Property Management looks after rental homes across the El Paso area, and we need a Bookkeeper to lead our month-end reporting. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Track paperwork for resident events so nothing is filed late. • Reconcile bank and credit-card accounts and chase missing receipts. • Enter and code invoices, deposits and expenses daily. • Prepare monthly reports for the owner and the outside accountant. • Answer supplier and customer billing questions by phone and email. What we are looking for • Experience keeping books for a small or mid-sized organisation. • Organised, discreet and dependable. • Working knowledge of QuickBooks or a similar package. Nice to have • Comfort with sales-tax filings. • Payroll experience. Working arrangement • Contract for eight months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in El Paso. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
