Bookkeeper - month-end reporting (El Paso, TX)

Northwind Harbor Hospitality runs guest-focused properties across the El Paso area, and we need a Bookkeeper to lead our month-end reporting. You would join a large organisation of about 698 people based in El Paso. What you will do • Enter and code invoices, deposits and expenses daily. • Reconcile bank and credit-card accounts and chase missing receipts. • Prepare monthly reports for the owner and the outside accountant. • Track paperwork for supplier orders so nothing is filed late. • Answer supplier and customer billing questions by phone and email. What we are looking for • Working knowledge of QuickBooks or a similar package. • Experience keeping books for a small or mid-sized organisation. • Organised, discreet and dependable. Nice to have • Comfort with sales-tax filings. • Payroll experience. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, mornings. • On site in El Paso, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
