Bookkeeper - month-end reporting (Detroit, MI)

Nova Pine Property Management looks after rental homes across the Detroit area. We are hiring a Bookkeeper to take on month-end reporting. Residents are neighbours, not numbers. What you will do • Enter and code invoices, deposits and expenses daily. • Answer supplier and customer billing questions by phone and email. • Track paperwork for vendor invoices so nothing is filed late. • Prepare monthly reports for the owner and the outside accountant. • Reconcile bank and credit-card accounts and chase missing receipts. What we are looking for • Working knowledge of QuickBooks or a similar package. • Organised, discreet and dependable. • Experience keeping books for a small or mid-sized organisation. Nice to have • Comfort with sales-tax filings. • Payroll experience. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Detroit. • We reply to every applicant.
