Bookkeeper - month-end reporting (Denver, CO)

Greenridge Lakeside Hospitality is looking for a Bookkeeper. The job centres on month-end reporting for group events, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Promotion from within is common. What you will do • Reconcile bank and credit-card accounts and chase missing receipts. • Enter and code invoices, deposits and expenses daily. • Answer supplier and customer billing questions by phone and email. • Track paperwork for group events so nothing is filed late. • Prepare monthly reports for the owner and the outside accountant. What we are looking for • Organised, discreet and dependable. • Working knowledge of QuickBooks or a similar package. • Experience keeping books for a small or mid-sized organisation. Nice to have • Payroll experience. • Comfort with sales-tax filings. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Denver. • We reply to every applicant.
