Bookkeeper - month-end reporting (Colorado Springs, CO)

Summit Glen Hospitality runs guest-focused properties across the Colorado Springs area, and we need a Bookkeeper to lead our month-end reporting. You would join a small organisation of about 117 people based in Colorado Springs. What you will do • Enter and code invoices, deposits and expenses daily. • Reconcile bank and credit-card accounts and chase missing receipts. • Prepare monthly reports for the owner and the outside accountant. • Answer supplier and customer billing questions by phone and email. • Track paperwork for group events so nothing is filed late. What we are looking for • Organised, discreet and dependable. • Experience keeping books for a small or mid-sized organisation. • Working knowledge of QuickBooks or a similar package. Nice to have • Comfort with sales-tax filings. • Payroll experience.
