Bookkeeper - month-end reporting (Cincinnati, OH)

Nova Rook Housing Partners is looking for a Bookkeeper. The job centres on month-end reporting for rent assistance, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Cincinnati. What you will do • Prepare monthly reports for the owner and the outside accountant. • Track paperwork for rent assistance so nothing is filed late. • Answer supplier and customer billing questions by phone and email. • Enter and code invoices, deposits and expenses daily. • Reconcile bank and credit-card accounts and chase missing receipts. What we are looking for • Experience keeping books for a small or mid-sized organisation. • Working knowledge of QuickBooks or a similar package. • Organised, discreet and dependable. Nice to have • Comfort with sales-tax filings. • Payroll experience. Working arrangement • Contract for four months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Cincinnati. • We reply to every applicant.
