Bookkeeper - month-end reporting (Cincinnati, OH)

Lumen Ivory Hospitality is looking for a Bookkeeper. The job centres on month-end reporting for supplier orders, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Cincinnati. What you will do • Prepare monthly reports for the owner and the outside accountant. • Answer supplier and customer billing questions by phone and email. • Track paperwork for supplier orders so nothing is filed late. • Enter and code invoices, deposits and expenses daily. • Reconcile bank and credit-card accounts and chase missing receipts. What we are looking for • Organised, discreet and dependable. • Working knowledge of QuickBooks or a similar package. • Experience keeping books for a small or mid-sized organisation. Nice to have • Payroll experience. • Comfort with sales-tax filings. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Cincinnati. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
