Bookkeeper - month-end reporting (Boise, ID)

Northwind Bridge Hospitality operates hotels and event venues around Boise. We are hiring a Bookkeeper to take on month-end reporting. You would join a large organisation of about 405 people based in Boise. What you will do • Reconcile bank and credit-card accounts and chase missing receipts. • Answer supplier and customer billing questions by phone and email. • Track paperwork for food costs so nothing is filed late. • Enter and code invoices, deposits and expenses daily. • Prepare monthly reports for the owner and the outside accountant. What we are looking for • Organised, discreet and dependable. • Experience keeping books for a small or mid-sized organisation. • Working knowledge of QuickBooks or a similar package. Nice to have • Comfort with sales-tax filings. • Payroll experience. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Boise. • We reply to every applicant.
