Bookkeeper - month-end reporting (Austin, TX)

Clearpath Glen Hospitality is a hospitality company in Austin with restaurants, rooms and catering. We are hiring a Bookkeeper to take on month-end reporting. We work weekends and holidays and we make it fun. What you will do • Answer supplier and customer billing questions by phone and email. • Track paperwork for supplier orders so nothing is filed late. • Enter and code invoices, deposits and expenses daily. • Reconcile bank and credit-card accounts and chase missing receipts. • Prepare monthly reports for the owner and the outside accountant. What we are looking for • Organised, discreet and dependable. • Working knowledge of QuickBooks or a similar package. • Experience keeping books for a small or mid-sized organisation. Nice to have • Comfort with sales-tax filings. • Payroll experience. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Austin. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
