Bookkeeper - bank reconciliation (Tulsa, OK)

Northwind Maple Housing provides affordable homes and support services around Tulsa. We are hiring a Bookkeeper to take on bank reconciliation. You would join a small organisation of about 37 people based in Tulsa. What you will do • Reconcile bank and credit-card accounts and chase missing receipts. • Enter and code invoices, deposits and expenses daily. • Prepare monthly reports for the owner and the outside accountant. • Track paperwork for rent assistance so nothing is filed late. • Answer supplier and customer billing questions by phone and email. What we are looking for • Working knowledge of QuickBooks or a similar package. • Experience keeping books for a small or mid-sized organisation. • Organised, discreet and dependable. Nice to have • Payroll experience. • Comfort with sales-tax filings. Working arrangement • Contract for twelve months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Tulsa, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
