Bookkeeper - bank reconciliation (Tulsa, OK)

Ironwood Meadow Housing is looking for a Bookkeeper. The job centres on bank reconciliation for waiting lists, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Tulsa. What you will do • Track paperwork for waiting lists so nothing is filed late. • Enter and code invoices, deposits and expenses daily. • Prepare monthly reports for the owner and the outside accountant. • Answer supplier and customer billing questions by phone and email. • Reconcile bank and credit-card accounts and chase missing receipts. What we are looking for • Working knowledge of QuickBooks or a similar package. • Organised, discreet and dependable. • Experience keeping books for a small or mid-sized organisation. Nice to have • Payroll experience. • Comfort with sales-tax filings. Working arrangement • Contract for nine months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Tulsa. • We reply to every applicant.
