Bookkeeper - bank reconciliation (Tampa, FL)

We are growing our team at Harborlight Iron Housing and adding a Bookkeeper whose main responsibility will be bank reconciliation. You would join a small organisation of about 18 people based in Tampa. What you will do • Prepare monthly reports for the owner and the outside accountant. • Track paperwork for maintenance stores so nothing is filed late. • Enter and code invoices, deposits and expenses daily. • Answer supplier and customer billing questions by phone and email. • Reconcile bank and credit-card accounts and chase missing receipts. What we are looking for • Working knowledge of QuickBooks or a similar package. • Experience keeping books for a small or mid-sized organisation. • Organised, discreet and dependable. Nice to have • Comfort with sales-tax filings. • Payroll experience. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Tampa. • We reply to every applicant.
