Bookkeeper - bank reconciliation (Savannah, GA)

Foxglove Forge Hospitality is a hospitality company in Savannah with restaurants, rooms and catering. We are hiring a Bookkeeper to take on bank reconciliation. We work weekends and holidays and we make it fun. What you will do • Reconcile bank and credit-card accounts and chase missing receipts. • Prepare monthly reports for the owner and the outside accountant. • Track paperwork for supplier orders so nothing is filed late. • Enter and code invoices, deposits and expenses daily. • Answer supplier and customer billing questions by phone and email. What we are looking for • Working knowledge of QuickBooks or a similar package. • Experience keeping books for a small or mid-sized organisation. • Organised, discreet and dependable. Nice to have • Payroll experience. • Comfort with sales-tax filings. Working arrangement • Contract for three months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Savannah. • We reply to every applicant.
