Bookkeeper - bank reconciliation (San Jose, CA)

Foxglove Quarry Hospitality is looking for a Bookkeeper. The job centres on bank reconciliation for food costs, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in San Jose. What you will do • Reconcile bank and credit-card accounts and chase missing receipts. • Answer supplier and customer billing questions by phone and email. • Prepare monthly reports for the owner and the outside accountant. • Enter and code invoices, deposits and expenses daily. • Track paperwork for food costs so nothing is filed late. What we are looking for • Organised, discreet and dependable. • Working knowledge of QuickBooks or a similar package. • Experience keeping books for a small or mid-sized organisation. Nice to have • Payroll experience. • Comfort with sales-tax filings. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in San Jose. • We reply to every applicant.
