Bookkeeper - bank reconciliation (San Diego, CA)

Silverline Hospitality is looking for a Bookkeeper. The job centres on bank reconciliation for supplier orders, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a large organisation of about 439 people based in San Diego. What you will do • Reconcile bank and credit-card accounts and chase missing receipts. • Enter and code invoices, deposits and expenses daily. • Answer supplier and customer billing questions by phone and email. • Track paperwork for supplier orders so nothing is filed late. • Prepare monthly reports for the owner and the outside accountant. What we are looking for • Experience keeping books for a small or mid-sized organisation. • Working knowledge of QuickBooks or a similar package. • Organised, discreet and dependable. Nice to have • Payroll experience. • Comfort with sales-tax filings. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in San Diego. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
