Bookkeeper - bank reconciliation (San Diego, CA)

Greenridge Vista Housing provides affordable homes and support services around San Diego, and we need a Bookkeeper to lead our bank reconciliation. Housing is our mission and residents are our neighbours. What you will do • Reconcile bank and credit-card accounts and chase missing receipts. • Enter and code invoices, deposits and expenses daily. • Track paperwork for resident services so nothing is filed late. • Answer supplier and customer billing questions by phone and email. • Prepare monthly reports for the owner and the outside accountant. What we are looking for • Organised, discreet and dependable. • Experience keeping books for a small or mid-sized organisation. • Working knowledge of QuickBooks or a similar package. Nice to have • Payroll experience. • Comfort with sales-tax filings. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in San Diego. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
