Bookkeeper - bank reconciliation (San Antonio, TX)

Lumen Quill Hospitality operates hotels and event venues around San Antonio. We are hiring a Bookkeeper to take on bank reconciliation. You would join a small organisation of about 93 people based in San Antonio. What you will do • Track paperwork for food costs so nothing is filed late. • Answer supplier and customer billing questions by phone and email. • Reconcile bank and credit-card accounts and chase missing receipts. • Prepare monthly reports for the owner and the outside accountant. • Enter and code invoices, deposits and expenses daily. What we are looking for • Organised, discreet and dependable. • Experience keeping books for a small or mid-sized organisation. • Working knowledge of QuickBooks or a similar package. Nice to have • Payroll experience. • Comfort with sales-tax filings. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in San Antonio. • We reply to every applicant.
