Bookkeeper - bank reconciliation (San Antonio, TX)

Ironwood Cedar Hospitality is a hospitality company in San Antonio with restaurants, rooms and catering. We are hiring a Bookkeeper to take on bank reconciliation. Guests remember kindness. What you will do • Prepare monthly reports for the owner and the outside accountant. • Track paperwork for guest bookings so nothing is filed late. • Answer supplier and customer billing questions by phone and email. • Enter and code invoices, deposits and expenses daily. • Reconcile bank and credit-card accounts and chase missing receipts. What we are looking for • Working knowledge of QuickBooks or a similar package. • Organised, discreet and dependable. • Experience keeping books for a small or mid-sized organisation. Nice to have • Comfort with sales-tax filings. • Payroll experience. Working arrangement • Contract for nine months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in San Antonio. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
