Bookkeeper - bank reconciliation (Salt Lake City, UT)

Stonegate Quill Hospitality runs guest-focused properties across the Salt Lake City area, and we need a Bookkeeper to lead our bank reconciliation. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Track paperwork for food costs so nothing is filed late. • Reconcile bank and credit-card accounts and chase missing receipts. • Prepare monthly reports for the owner and the outside accountant. • Enter and code invoices, deposits and expenses daily. • Answer supplier and customer billing questions by phone and email. What we are looking for • Organised, discreet and dependable. • Experience keeping books for a small or mid-sized organisation. • Working knowledge of QuickBooks or a similar package. Nice to have • Payroll experience. • Comfort with sales-tax filings. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Salt Lake City, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
