Bookkeeper - bank reconciliation (remote)

Foxglove Rowan Hospitality is a hospitality company in Little Rock with restaurants, rooms and catering, and we need a Bookkeeper to lead our bank reconciliation. You would join a small organisation of about 22 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Prepare monthly reports for the owner and the outside accountant. • Answer supplier and customer billing questions by phone and email. • Enter and code invoices, deposits and expenses daily. • Reconcile bank and credit-card accounts and chase missing receipts. • Track paperwork for reviews and feedback so nothing is filed late. What we are looking for • Working knowledge of QuickBooks or a similar package. • Organised, discreet and dependable. • Experience keeping books for a small or mid-sized organisation. Nice to have • Comfort with sales-tax filings. • Payroll experience. Working arrangement • Contract for twelve months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Little Rock. • We reply to every applicant.
