Bookkeeper - bank reconciliation (remote)

Redstone Ashton Hospitality Group is a hospitality company in Fresno with restaurants, rooms and catering. We are hiring a Bookkeeper to take on bank reconciliation. Promotion from within is common. What you will do • Prepare monthly reports for the owner and the outside accountant. • Reconcile bank and credit-card accounts and chase missing receipts. • Track paperwork for food costs so nothing is filed late. • Enter and code invoices, deposits and expenses daily. • Answer supplier and customer billing questions by phone and email. What we are looking for • Experience keeping books for a small or mid-sized organisation. • Working knowledge of QuickBooks or a similar package. • Organised, discreet and dependable. Nice to have • Comfort with sales-tax filings. • Payroll experience. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • Remote-friendly, with quarterly visits in Fresno. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
