Bookkeeper - bank reconciliation (remote)

Bluepeak Rowan Hospitality is looking for a Bookkeeper. The job centres on bank reconciliation for supplier orders, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Guests remember kindness. What you will do • Track paperwork for supplier orders so nothing is filed late. • Reconcile bank and credit-card accounts and chase missing receipts. • Prepare monthly reports for the owner and the outside accountant. • Answer supplier and customer billing questions by phone and email. • Enter and code invoices, deposits and expenses daily. What we are looking for • Experience keeping books for a small or mid-sized organisation. • Organised, discreet and dependable. • Working knowledge of QuickBooks or a similar package. Nice to have • Payroll experience. • Comfort with sales-tax filings. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Boise. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
