Bookkeeper - bank reconciliation (Raleigh, NC)

Amberfield Cedar Hospitality Partners is a hospitality company in Raleigh with restaurants, rooms and catering, and we need a Bookkeeper to lead our bank reconciliation. You would join a small organisation of about 167 people based in Raleigh. What you will do • Track paperwork for group events so nothing is filed late. • Prepare monthly reports for the owner and the outside accountant. • Enter and code invoices, deposits and expenses daily. • Reconcile bank and credit-card accounts and chase missing receipts. • Answer supplier and customer billing questions by phone and email. What we are looking for • Working knowledge of QuickBooks or a similar package. • Organised, discreet and dependable. • Experience keeping books for a small or mid-sized organisation. Nice to have • Comfort with sales-tax filings. • Payroll experience.
