Bookkeeper - bank reconciliation (Phoenix, AZ)

Foxglove Pine Housing manages affordable housing communities across Phoenix, and we need a Bookkeeper to lead our bank reconciliation. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Answer supplier and customer billing questions by phone and email. • Reconcile bank and credit-card accounts and chase missing receipts. • Track paperwork for maintenance stores so nothing is filed late. • Enter and code invoices, deposits and expenses daily. • Prepare monthly reports for the owner and the outside accountant. What we are looking for • Experience keeping books for a small or mid-sized organisation. • Working knowledge of QuickBooks or a similar package. • Organised, discreet and dependable. Nice to have • Payroll experience. • Comfort with sales-tax filings. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Phoenix. • We reply to every applicant.
