Bookkeeper - bank reconciliation (Miami, FL)

Silverline Yarrow Hospitality is looking for a Bookkeeper. The job centres on bank reconciliation for food costs, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 38 people based in Miami. What you will do • Prepare monthly reports for the owner and the outside accountant. • Answer supplier and customer billing questions by phone and email. • Track paperwork for food costs so nothing is filed late. • Enter and code invoices, deposits and expenses daily. • Reconcile bank and credit-card accounts and chase missing receipts. What we are looking for • Working knowledge of QuickBooks or a similar package. • Organised, discreet and dependable. • Experience keeping books for a small or mid-sized organisation. Nice to have • Payroll experience. • Comfort with sales-tax filings. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Miami. • We reply to every applicant.
