Bookkeeper - bank reconciliation (Fresno, CA)

Nova Iron Housing provides affordable homes and support services around Fresno, and we need a Bookkeeper to lead our bank reconciliation. You would join a small organisation of about 48 people based in Fresno. What you will do • Track paperwork for repair requests so nothing is filed late. • Enter and code invoices, deposits and expenses daily. • Answer supplier and customer billing questions by phone and email. • Reconcile bank and credit-card accounts and chase missing receipts. • Prepare monthly reports for the owner and the outside accountant. What we are looking for • Working knowledge of QuickBooks or a similar package. • Organised, discreet and dependable. • Experience keeping books for a small or mid-sized organisation. Nice to have • Comfort with sales-tax filings. • Payroll experience. Working arrangement • Contract for nine months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Fresno. • We reply to every applicant.
