Bookkeeper - bank reconciliation (El Paso, TX)

Westbrook Vista Property Management is looking for a Bookkeeper. The job centres on bank reconciliation for unit turnovers, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 104 people based in El Paso. What you will do • Enter and code invoices, deposits and expenses daily. • Prepare monthly reports for the owner and the outside accountant. • Answer supplier and customer billing questions by phone and email. • Track paperwork for unit turnovers so nothing is filed late. • Reconcile bank and credit-card accounts and chase missing receipts. What we are looking for • Organised, discreet and dependable. • Experience keeping books for a small or mid-sized organisation. • Working knowledge of QuickBooks or a similar package. Nice to have • Payroll experience. • Comfort with sales-tax filings. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in El Paso. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
