Bookkeeper - bank reconciliation (Colorado Springs, CO)

Bluepeak Birch Hospitality runs guest-focused properties across the Colorado Springs area. We are hiring a Bookkeeper to take on bank reconciliation. Guests remember kindness. What you will do • Reconcile bank and credit-card accounts and chase missing receipts. • Enter and code invoices, deposits and expenses daily. • Answer supplier and customer billing questions by phone and email. • Track paperwork for guest bookings so nothing is filed late. • Prepare monthly reports for the owner and the outside accountant. What we are looking for • Experience keeping books for a small or mid-sized organisation. • Working knowledge of QuickBooks or a similar package. • Organised, discreet and dependable. Nice to have • Comfort with sales-tax filings. • Payroll experience. Working arrangement • Contract for three months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Colorado Springs. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
