Bookkeeper - bank reconciliation (Cincinnati, OH)

Westbrook Basin Hospitality Group is a hospitality company in Cincinnati with restaurants, rooms and catering, and we need a Bookkeeper to lead our bank reconciliation. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Cincinnati. What you will do • Prepare monthly reports for the owner and the outside accountant. • Track paperwork for guest bookings so nothing is filed late. • Reconcile bank and credit-card accounts and chase missing receipts. • Enter and code invoices, deposits and expenses daily. • Answer supplier and customer billing questions by phone and email. What we are looking for • Experience keeping books for a small or mid-sized organisation. • Working knowledge of QuickBooks or a similar package. • Organised, discreet and dependable. Nice to have • Comfort with sales-tax filings. • Payroll experience. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Cincinnati, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
