Bookkeeper - bank reconciliation (Atlanta, GA)

Clearpath Iron Housing is a nonprofit housing provider in Atlanta. We are hiring a Bookkeeper to take on bank reconciliation. We value patience and follow-through. What you will do • Track paperwork for resident services so nothing is filed late. • Answer supplier and customer billing questions by phone and email. • Reconcile bank and credit-card accounts and chase missing receipts. • Enter and code invoices, deposits and expenses daily. • Prepare monthly reports for the owner and the outside accountant. What we are looking for • Organised, discreet and dependable. • Experience keeping books for a small or mid-sized organisation. • Working knowledge of QuickBooks or a similar package. Nice to have • Payroll experience. • Comfort with sales-tax filings. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Atlanta, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
