Associate Product Manager - workforce systems (Boston, MA)

Redstone Vale Water Authority supplies drinking water and manages wastewater for communities near Boston, with about 500 people in the field, the plants and the office. We are hiring a part-time associate product manager to improve the tools our staff use to schedule work and track training. What you will do • Gather requirements from crew supervisors and plant operators for changes to our scheduling system. • Write clear tickets for the IT team and check the results before release. • Report on use of the system and gather staff feedback. What we are looking for • One or more years in product, business analysis or operations. • Patience for public-sector procurement and change control. Part-time, about 24 hours a week, on site in Boston.
