Accountant - revenue reconciliation (Wichita, KS)

Harborlight Stone Care Services supports families and individuals in Wichita with personal care and coordination, and we need an Accountant to lead our revenue reconciliation. Teams support each other, especially on hard days. What you will do • Build schedules for the annual audit and answer the auditors' questions. • Track costs around client records against budget and explain variances to managers. • Keep the chart of accounts and supporting files tidy so anyone can follow them. • Work with purchasing and operations to fix recurring coding errors. • Review invoices and expense reports for accuracy before payment. What we are looking for • A clear, patient way of explaining numbers to non-accountants. • Two or more years of hands-on accounting experience. • Solid spreadsheet skills and comfort with an ERP or accounting system. • Careful attention to detail and a habit of checking your own work. Nice to have • Experience with visit scheduling. • A degree or certificate in accounting. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Wichita. • We reply to every applicant.
