Accountant - revenue reconciliation (Tulsa, OK)

Bright Sparrow Care Services is looking for an Accountant. The job centres on revenue reconciliation for client records, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Tulsa. What you will do • Track costs around licensing against budget and explain variances to managers. • Prepare journal entries and support the month-end close on a fixed calendar. • Review invoices and expense reports for accuracy before payment. • Keep the chart of accounts and supporting files tidy so anyone can follow them. • Work with purchasing and operations to fix recurring coding errors. What we are looking for • Careful attention to detail and a habit of checking your own work. • A clear, patient way of explaining numbers to non-accountants. • Two or more years of hands-on accounting experience. • Solid spreadsheet skills and comfort with an ERP or accounting system. Nice to have • Familiarity with audit requirements. • A degree or certificate in accounting. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Tulsa. • We reply to every applicant.
