Accountant - revenue reconciliation (Tulsa, OK)

Clearpath Sable Financial provides savings, lending and payment services from Tulsa, and we need an Accountant to lead our revenue reconciliation. You would join a small organisation of about 61 people based in Tulsa. What you will do • Build schedules for the annual audit and answer the auditors' questions. • Review invoices and expense reports for accuracy before payment. • Reconcile bank and vendor accounts each month, including anything tied to regulatory reports, and clear open items. • Prepare journal entries and support the month-end close on a fixed calendar. • Keep the chart of accounts and supporting files tidy so anyone can follow them. What we are looking for • Solid spreadsheet skills and comfort with an ERP or accounting system. • Two or more years of hands-on accounting experience. • A clear, patient way of explaining numbers to non-accountants. • Careful attention to detail and a habit of checking your own work. Nice to have • Familiarity with audit requirements. • A degree or certificate in accounting. Working arrangement • Contract for twelve months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Tulsa. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
