Accountant - revenue reconciliation (Tulsa, OK)

Summit Sparrow Care Services supports families and individuals in Tulsa with personal care and coordination, and we need an Accountant to lead our revenue reconciliation. You would join a small organisation of about 31 people based in Tulsa. What you will do • Keep the chart of accounts and supporting files tidy so anyone can follow them. • Review invoices and expense reports for accuracy before payment. • Reconcile bank and vendor accounts each month, including anything tied to client records, and clear open items. • Build schedules for the annual audit and answer the auditors' questions. • Track costs around care plans against budget and explain variances to managers. What we are looking for • Two or more years of hands-on accounting experience. • Careful attention to detail and a habit of checking your own work. • A clear, patient way of explaining numbers to non-accountants. • Solid spreadsheet skills and comfort with an ERP or accounting system. Nice to have • Experience with client records. • Familiarity with audit requirements. Working arrangement • Contract for twelve months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Tulsa, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
