Accountant - revenue reconciliation (Tulsa, OK)

We are growing our team at Redstone Haven Markets and adding an Accountant whose main responsibility will be revenue reconciliation. We like people who know our customers by name. What you will do • Build schedules for the annual audit and answer the auditors' questions. • Keep the chart of accounts and supporting files tidy so anyone can follow them. • Review invoices and expense reports for accuracy before payment. • Work with purchasing and operations to fix recurring coding errors. • Reconcile bank and vendor accounts each month, including anything tied to pricing, and clear open items. What we are looking for • A clear, patient way of explaining numbers to non-accountants. • Solid spreadsheet skills and comfort with an ERP or accounting system. • Two or more years of hands-on accounting experience. • Careful attention to detail and a habit of checking your own work. Nice to have • A degree or certificate in accounting. • Experience with pricing. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Tulsa. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
