Accountant - revenue reconciliation (Tulsa, OK)

Greenridge Junction Medical builds devices used by hospitals and clinics, with its team based in Tulsa. We are hiring an Accountant to take on revenue reconciliation. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Tulsa. What you will do • Prepare journal entries and support the month-end close on a fixed calendar. • Track costs around clinical evaluations against budget and explain variances to managers. • Keep the chart of accounts and supporting files tidy so anyone can follow them. • Review invoices and expense reports for accuracy before payment. • Reconcile bank and vendor accounts each month, including anything tied to complaint handling, and clear open items. What we are looking for • Two or more years of hands-on accounting experience. • A clear, patient way of explaining numbers to non-accountants. • Solid spreadsheet skills and comfort with an ERP or accounting system. • Careful attention to detail and a habit of checking your own work. Nice to have • A degree or certificate in accounting. • Familiarity with audit requirements. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Tulsa. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
