Accountant - revenue reconciliation (Tampa, FL)

Lumen Wilder Financial serves customers across Tampa with accounts, loans and payments, and we need an Accountant to lead our revenue reconciliation. Teams collaborate across risk, service and technology. What you will do • Keep the chart of accounts and supporting files tidy so anyone can follow them. • Track costs around customer onboarding against budget and explain variances to managers. • Prepare journal entries and support the month-end close on a fixed calendar. • Reconcile bank and vendor accounts each month, including anything tied to vendor spend, and clear open items. • Review invoices and expense reports for accuracy before payment. What we are looking for • A clear, patient way of explaining numbers to non-accountants. • Careful attention to detail and a habit of checking your own work. • Two or more years of hands-on accounting experience. • Solid spreadsheet skills and comfort with an ERP or accounting system. Nice to have • Familiarity with audit requirements. • Experience with vendor spend. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Tampa. • We reply to every applicant.
